This philosophy was the catalyst for the creation of Fred Real Estate Group in 2008. With over 10 years of real estate experience with larger and more traditional firms, Fred saw an opportunity to build a different, creative, and more innovative kind of real estate company.

A full service real estate company whose brokers are creative and passionate about their business, and whose clients are provided an exceptional real estate experience. Simply put, a company at which Fred could put his philosophy into practice.

Five years later, Fred Real Estate Group has grown to over 60 Real Estate Brokers in Bend, Redmond, Portland, and Eugene, Oregon. And, as a native Oregonian, Fred is proud to own a “locally grown” company.

We are excited to now call Century Center "home" to our Fred Real Estate Group World Headquarters. Our new space offers a comfortable, creative, and cool place for our both our clients and our Real Estate Brokers. You'll find multiple workstations, conference room/meeting spaces, bean bag area, laptop bar, client living room, client workstations (to browse for homes, hassle free!), and more than likely a little Hall & Oates playing via Pandora throughout the space...
