Accessibility Statement

Century Center is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning most of the standard has been met, though some content may not yet fully conform.

What we do

  • We design and evaluate this site against WCAG 2.2, Levels A and AA.
  • We test with automated evaluation tools and review the results manually, since automated testing cannot catch every issue.
  • We treat feedback from people using the site as the most valuable input we get, and we act on it.

Known limitations

We are not currently aware of any content on this site that fails to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. One thing is worth explaining:

  • The site plan is an image. The numbered locations and color coding on the map cannot be read by a screen reader. Every business shown on the map is also listed in the directory below it, grouped by the same categories and labelled with the same location numbers, so the information is available in text. If the directory listing is harder for you to use than the map, please tell us.

This site does not use PDF documents or embedded third-party content. If that changes, we will review the new content against the same standard and update this section.
