Century Center Property LLC (“we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit it.
The short version: this site has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no social media trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share visitor information with anyone. One outside service — Google Fonts — receives your IP address when page typefaces load, which is explained below.
What we do not collect
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information you would type into a form — there are no forms on this site
- Analytics data — there is no Google Analytics or any equivalent tool installed
- Advertising or social media tracking data — there is no Meta/Facebook pixel, no TikTok pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, and no comparable tracker of any kind
- Payment information — no transactions occur on this site
What is collected automatically
Like nearly every website, this site runs on a web server that keeps standard access logs. When you load a page, the server records:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and version, and your operating system
- The page you requested and the date and time you requested it
- The page that referred you, if any
These logs are generated by our hosting provider, not by us, and they exist for security and troubleshooting — identifying attacks, diagnosing errors, and keeping the site online. We do not use them to identify individual visitors or to build any kind of profile. We do not combine them with information from other sources.
Fonts
This site uses typefaces delivered by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files directly from Google’s servers. That request tells Google your IP address, your browser and device type, and which page you are viewing.
We do not receive this information, we do not control what Google does with it, and Google’s own privacy policy governs its handling. Google Fonts does not set cookies on your device. If you would prefer to avoid these requests, browser extensions and privacy settings that block third-party requests will prevent them, at the cost of the site rendering in a fallback typeface.
Apart from these font files, everything else the site loads — stylesheets, scripts, and images — is served from our own server.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
Cookies are set only when someone logs into the site as an administrator or editor, in which case WordPress uses them to keep that person signed in and to remember their screen preferences. These apply only to people with accounts on this site, not to ordinary visitors.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Our business directory and links to tenant websites
This site includes a directory of the businesses located at Century Center. Directory listings may link to each business’s own website, social media pages, online ordering, or reservation systems.
Those are separate businesses operating their own websites. Once you follow a link away from this site, this policy no longer applies. Each business decides for itself what information it collects, what cookies and trackers it uses, and how it handles what it collects — and its own privacy policy governs that. We do not control those practices, we do not receive information about what you do on those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any business site you visit.
Maps and location information
The site map showing where businesses are located within the center is a static image. It does not request your location, track your movement, or load content from a mapping service.
Who has access
The parties with access to information associated with this site are our hosting provider, which stores the server access logs described above, and the service providers who help us build and maintain the site, who may access those logs and site files in the course of that work. All of them act on our instructions and only for the purpose of keeping the site running.
Google separately receives IP addresses through the font requests described above, under its own terms.
Beyond that, no outside company receives information about your visit. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share visitor information with anyone. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or the security of the site.
How long information is kept
Server access logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its own retention schedule, typically a short rolling window measured in days or weeks, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not maintain separate copies.
Your choices
Because we do not collect personal information through this site, there is generally nothing for us to look up, correct, or delete on request. If you believe we hold information about you and would like to ask about it, request a copy, or ask us to delete it, contact us at the address below and we will respond.
You can also reduce what any website receives by using browser privacy settings, tracker-blocking extensions, or a VPN.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this site changes — if we add a contact or leasing inquiry form, a newsletter signup, an events calendar that takes registrations, analytics, embedded video, or any other feature that collects information or loads content from an outside service — we will update this policy before that feature goes live, and revise the date at the top.
